Growing up in my house in Texas we got one type of Birthday Cake. It was my Dad’s favorite, my Brother’s favorite and my favorite. Well today is my best friend and MUCH older brother’s birthday. So Today’s Flavor of the Day is German’s Chocolate Cake. Chocolate custard with pieces of German’s chocolate cake, caramel, coconut and pecans. Happy Birthday Uncle Pickle!!!
