August Upon-Us

The dog days of summer are here, so come on down to The Dairy Godmother and cool off with some Wisconsin-style Frozen Custard, homemade fruit Sorbets, or handy and exotic Ice Pops! Every day we have Vanilla and Chocolate custards as well as a special Flavor of the Day, and you can print out a calendar from here.

As school breaks come to a close and the kids head back to college, there will be some job openings at The Dairy Godmother! We are looking for mature, dedicated employees to work with us during the school year and beyond. Come down to the shop or send Liz an email to get an application!

In the exciting news category, to celebrate the Wisconsin State Fair (Aug 2-12) we want to hold one of our famous Brat Nights soon (stay tuned)! As a special treat we are also featuring the Fair’s fabulous Cream Puffs. Check out how they’re made at the fair to appreciate the glory!

Again this summer we’ll have our ever-so-fancy Pop Culture! ice pops, in such imaginative flavours as Blackberry-Rose, Moroccan Mint Tea, Lime-Jalapeño, and Mango-Lime, as well as old standbys like Peaches and Cream.
