Exotica

Our homemade marshmallows in many colors and flavors are really popular. They’re good for toasting or in cocoa. Many people just eat them as is!

Sorbets

Sorbet combinations are subject to both market availability and whim. There are usually at least a half-dozen available. Check the blackboard at The Dairy Godmother for daily specials.

Because my own kids had food intolerance when they were small, I’m sensitive to dietary differences, so our sorbet contain no fat, no dairy and no eggs. They are basically just frozen fruit, herbs, water and sugar. They’re also suitable for vegans or anyone who wants a light, refreshing dessert.

…wonderfully fresh and evocative tastes of the seasons.
