Thanksgiving, 11/09/2005

Time to start planing for the big meal.

We have started taking orders for frozen pumpkin custard pies. They have a ginger cookie crumb crust and are decorated with pecans,whipped cream and a pastry leaf.

This year we also have little harvest moon pies,pumpkin on ginger frozen custard  sandwiches,pumpkin gelato fritters.

 Thanksgiving sorbets include cranberry w/lime and coriander,pear w/vanilla,apple cider and pomegranate.

 We will be open and running pumpkin custard on Thanksgiving Day from 9pm until 1pm.
