 Here in Del Ray we celebrate our downtown on the first Thursday of every month(when the weather is warm).

 This Thursday,May 1st, we will honor our old neighborhood at the DRD by visiting with neighbor Ed Gailliot. Ed was born in the Sears House his Dad made fro a kit which still stands over on Stewart Avenue. Ed has made a perfect scale model of the house and will be showing and talking about it here at the shop on First Thursday from around 6:00 until 8:00 or 9:00.

 Ed has many memories of Del Ray and the Town of Potomac and is a master at making his stories come alive.Please join us with your questions of the old days or even just curiousity about Sears House Kits in general.
